and other birds !
This is my most curious and extroverted bird, Peepen. She is a wonder!
This chickie is using her egg friend as a foot stool.
This is Sidney. She lives with my friend Julie in Indiana.
Neptune lives in my yard. She's Chips's best pal and a sweet bird. Except to Bindin sometimes.
Margie, mu pet Buff Orpington
Chips is my most snuggly bird ever. She's a light brahma and has a temperament true to her breed. I love her tons and enjoy watching her clumsy ways. She's top of our gals pecking order and insists on being 1st to my lap.
This is not a chicken, haha. This jay comes to our yard. Neptune argues with him every time he flies off with her crumbs.
Oatmeal lives with his bird friend, Raisin and his human, Emilee in PA, USA. Thank you to Emilee for commissioning me to draw her little birds, including Leo, the Budgie.
This cardinal was drawn from a photograph by James A. Giroux. He's a fantastic bird photographer. I love cardinals and miss them from when I lived in Wisconsin. He sold me the use of the photo and I so love the head-on look with that fabulous black square and the expressive face.

This is Kiko, a chick adopted by Cindi in Hawaii. She's in good hands and growing up happy and well.
This is a custom portrait that I drew for a client of his 6 pet chickens. It's my 1st attempt at multiple chickens on one paper. I got pretty nervous about messing up by the 5th chicken!
I chased Bindin for a while because she's so wiggly and I couldn't get a clear shot. For this one, I just shoved my phone up to her face and hoped for the best. Whew. You can rest assured, she got treats for her trouble.
I drew this one of a flicker from our yard. It took me a long time to get a clear photo to work from! I love how they peek around trees.
Feisty!
Commission for this rooster named Scott. What a cool old guy he is.
This is a well-loved hen named Petunia done for a commission.
